Mark Chisholm remains one of the most destructive lock/back-rowers in Australian rugby. The powerful 197-centimetre, 115-kilogram colossus continued to hone his explosive running game during 2007. Chisholm’s consistent form throughout the season led to his runner-up performance in the Brett Robinson Players’ Player Award and recognition as the Brumbies’ ‘Best Forward’. Chisholm, who prior to the Rugby World Cup had the envious record of playing in all but two of the Wallabies’ last 34 Tests, earned three caps to his tally in France.
