Nick Farr-Jones

Nick Farr-Jones made his international debut against England in 1984, becoming the 645th player to represent the Wallabies.  Nick played 63 Tests for Australia from 1984 to 1993, including 36 as captain.

The former Wallabies scrumhalf was part of a golden era in Australian Rugby, featuring in the 1984 Grand Slam team, the 1986 Bledisloe Cup winning side in New Zealand, and perhaps his greatest accomplishment, guiding the Wallabies to victory in the 1991 Rugby World Cup.

In 2008 he was named as one of the seven Australian Rugby Statesmen, a testament to the contribution he has made to the game overall.

Today he remains one of the most respected and revered figures in Australian sport.
